Abstract Aiming at the on-site measurement requirements of integrated circuit test system, this paper designs DC parameter calibration module digital system based on STM32 single-chip microcomputer as core control, studies methods precision improvement multiple groups devices, noise and error compensation, reduce volume device, simplifies loop in process, improves accuracy channel improve portability ease use lay foundation for device new generation system.
